Construction materials used in building the vessels above includes Fiber Reinforced Plastic (including carbon fiber), Marine Grade Aluminium Alloy and Steel.

PT. Marinatama Gemanusa offers specialized vessels construction process coordinating all aspects of shipbuilding by providing design, planning, facilities, resources, management and production. We also provide vessels constructions that are required to comply with any IACS or non-IACS classification technical standards.
Ship Repair & Conversion
PT. Marinatama Gemanusa has two slipway docks. Dock #1: 30 m long x 7 m wide and dock #2: 45 m long x 8.5 m wide, dedicated to ship repair as well as two hectares of flat zone and a total of one hectare of fully covered facilities for long haul and more thorough repair works.

• Repair / refurbishment and replacement work on the ships’ hull, superstructure, tanks, accommodation areas and internal spaces

• Maneuvering and propulsion works
• Docking for classification surveys
